What happens after the 14-day trial?
Read-only access stays free forever. You can always view, search, and export your data. Uploads and AI chat pause until you subscribe. No surprise charges, no data hostage situation.
Why no permanent free tier?
It’s a small team, the AI calls cost real money, and free-tier support burden tends to swallow the roadmap. We’d rather spend that energy shipping. If $8/mo is genuinely a barrier, email us. We’re flexible.
Can I self-host?
Yes. The whole stack is AGPLv3. One Docker container, a SQLite file, your OpenRouter key. See the latest release or the README for the docker-compose snippet.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe Checkout, SCA-compliant for the EU. Crypto support (BTCPay) is on the short-list; ping us if you need it sooner.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Subscription → Manage opens the Stripe customer portal. One click, no retention call. Your data stays put either way.
EU customer: do you have a Plaid-style bank sync?
Not yet. Upload is the primary ingestion path because it works for every bank without us shipping per-bank connectors. A GoCardless integration for SEPA-area banks is on the roadmap once we validate demand.
